This post includes specifics to the UC Irvine TAG that is in addition to the general rules. It is not definitive in terms of specific majors, so be sure to click the link that goes directly to the UC page at the bottom of this post.

GPA requirements

Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.4 in all UC-transferable coursework by the end of the summer right before the TAG application and must maintain GPA of 3.4 in all UC-transferable coursework for all subsequent terms.

Major requirements

Applicants will complete all major coursework for their chosen major, including course prerequisites and minimum course GPA by the end of the final spring.
