UCI Transfer Admit Rates Fall 2015 – Engineering / Computer Sciences

In the next few posts I will cover the admit rates per major in all the UCI schools and colleges for fall term 2015.  This post is focused solely on the selective majors within these two schools:  The Henry Samueli School of Engineering, and the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences.

Of course, what might really catch someone’s eye is the CS and Engineering maor in both the Engineering department and School of Info and CS :).

Using these admit rates can be a good way to gauge which major you should apply to. Often (and it depends on the inclination of the UC), you can switch majors within the same department after admission. I certainly am not the admissions office and your mileage may vary. But generally (and take this with a grain of salt), it is allowable.
