Supplemental Forms for Berkeley Transfer Applicants

On Friday, January 8th, UC Berkeley emailed all transfer applicants informing them that the MAP@Berkeley portal has officially opened for them to begin working on the  required supplemental forms.

In addition to the supplemental form, transfer applicants are required to submit a Transfer Academic Update (TAU).

It is important that all applicants are aware that failure to submit these forms will jeopardize the review of their application. I have seen students get rejected because they failed to complete these forms. The forms are self-explanatory but if you have questions, connect with Berkeley via the Contact Us form.
